After a 25-year career in senior corporate leadership, I moved into executive coaching with a clear purpose: to help leaders navigate complexity, elevate performance, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
I’m an ILM-qualified coach, an accredited member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), and an Associate Executive Coach with New Level Results. This combination of lived leadership experience and professional accreditation underpins everything I do.

The Curve® is a generative coaching programme that creates clarity, ownership, and momentum. It provides the structure that ensures coaching delivers outcomes, not just awareness - supporting individuals, teams, and organisations to align ambition with execution.
We establish clarity by exploring mindset, motivation, and perspective - surfacing blind spots, beliefs, and internal blockers. We assess how current behaviours align with desired outcomes, then co-create a values-led, one-page strategic plan with clear, measurable annual goals aligned to organisational priorities.
Our 6- and 12-session programmes embed change through disciplined reflection and accountability. Coachees use a personalised digital Curve® plan to track progress, capture learning, and maintain focus. Each session builds momentum, reinforces values, and drives sustained performance improvement.
The Curve® programme includes accredited CPD hours awarded by the CPD Standards Office, alongside Coaching Impact Reports at 6 and 12 months, evidencing progress, outcomes, and tangible return on investment.
All MirrorPeak programmes are delivered in line with the professional standards and Code of Ethics of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
